There is a lot of good stuff happening. Evidence - you know - that stuff that there is none of, continues to pour in. In fact I’m having a hard time keeping up with it.
On the other hand there are some set backs too, some of which are to be expected some are a downer. The first one is a downer. The GA senate election case that was a very good one was dismissed on Monday. The reason is that the Warnock and the other Senator that “won” had not been served with the papers, so the judge applied the doctrine of latches somehow. So now it looks like if you can avoid service long enough, you can make your opponents lawsuit go away. That’s easier to do when you can hide behind a Capitol police force. Good to know. Favrito has filed a request for immediate access to the ballots in Fulton County. That may be just the mail in ballots, but that’s where the action is. There is new stuff coming out of GA all the time. That place is a mess, as is MI and PA. Much worse than AZ which is bad on it’s own
In PA State Senator Doug Mastriano, issued a request for the election machines, ballots and other election information from 5 counties in his state for the purposes of an audit. As the head of one of their committees, he’s apparently authorized to do that. The SoS immediately sent out guidance for the counties to refuse to do so and among other things threatened that they would have their equipment decertified and the state would not provide funds for replacement. Two of the counties, and they are red counties at that, have stated that they will not comply. Some of this may be wanting additional cover. Many people think that if a subpoena were issued it would provide that cover and they would comply, but there are issues in at least one of their responses that is bothersome. Their agreement with the equipment company precludes them from allowing outside examination of that equipment. They do not have the right to examine the things they use to certify your vote and our elections. How’s that for nonsense. This is not over and the subpoena may be coming soon. PA is vitally important with its 20 electoral votes.
In MI it looks like there are 5 counties that have or might do the “preventative maintenance” despite DePerno’s cease and desist order. Also DePerno has announced that he’s running for SoS there. I think he would be good at that, and particularly there, but I hate to think it might distract him from this fight.
We are making progress because we are keeping the pressure up. This link will help demonstrate that.

This is Mat DePerno that is the lead attorney in the MI lawsuit. There is no one involved in this, that I have more faith in than him. He is releasing significant information this morning. This morning he's telling us that they have evidence of remote access to the Election Management Systems in MI, AZ and GA. He states that he'll have the evidence up soon and I have faith in that, all of his claims to date are available on the web and most have sworn affidavits and court filings along with his statements. I’m sure the documentation for this will be presented soon too.
The news about the voter role data base being accessed in AZ really shouldn't be a surprise. There has been some talk of related issues there for months. the fact that the SoS is aware of them and still tells us everything is hunky dory is a horse of a different color.
DePerno, has not been directly involved in the AZ audits, but of course everyone is sharing information and some of the same experts are involved in both locations. There are rumors that the people raising money for the AZ audit have been slow to disburse what they are collecting. That is the reason he is taking the action he is.
I have never really contributed to political stuff. Maybe $25 here or there and that's about it. I am putting my money where my mouth is and that is going to DePerno, Shiva, Garland Favrito @ Voter GA. I have a big mouth and I’m trying to match it in contributions. There are links to all of those folks on JustSomeGuy under links. I’ll ad that Shiva has accomplished a lot and isn’t getting much love. He has the only active federal court lawsuits currently working and he is doing well with them. The other two are killing it too in different ways. FWIW, DePerno is burning through $125K a week. This is mostly for experts, secure locations and lot’s of expensive security. Some of these experts will not work without top level protection apparently

The hand count is about to end in AZ and it may be that they don't have the number of ballots they were supposed to have. This will be interesting. There are representatives from another 9 states expected to take a look at the process.
DePerno filed the appeal to his case being kicked yesterday. It was pretty much last minute, but I think he was waiting to get the latest information put together and included. I haven't had time to read this yet, but this is the pleading:

I don't think there was much new information since DePerno's suit was kicked. This guy is mild mannered but don't underestimate him. He's one smart cookie. If you are curious as to what's happening, he can be followed at Depernolaw.com and he's on Twitter. I'm not, I've been suspended 4 times and they want information I won't give them to be let on. I can still get on it and see things, but it can be a bit difficult and I can't interact with posts.
I've mentioned that if you are going to stuff a ballot box either the old fashioned way with paper or electronically that you need headroom in the voter roles. You can't put more paper in than you have registered voters without sending up big red flags.
I talked a bit about the voting machines themselves and how they work but there's another piece that pulls both of those pieces together and that's the poll books.
We voted early in the General election and we still signed in on the old paper logs. On Nov 3rd, Tarrant county was using tablets for this function and the first time I used them was in the recent run off election. I'm not happy about that. Lets say you want to cheat this election. The first thing I would do is to get the list of registered voters. Those are easy to get. I have a copy on my desktop, all 1.2 Million lines of it. Now it's late in the day and I want to check the turnout in the "Whig party" districts and or see how the turn out is by voters who voted in the "Whig" primary. Those old paper books made that very hard to do. I can only cheat a little or I risk putting in too many fake votes. With electronic pole books I can hack my way in, do a quick comparison as to who has voted and who hasn't and I know what my headroom is and how many votes I can insert.
Jovon Pulitzer claimed that they had people that has hacked the poll books in GA during a legislative hearing. I believe him. Many people said that even if it happened, it didn't matter because you couldn't change votes from the poll books. That's not the purpose. You need to see how many ballots you can stuff at 0 dark thirty in the morning and with access to the poll books, you know. Other jurisdictions have been using electronic books for a while.
They claim these things aren't connected to the internet. In some places that's technically true. Many of these devices communicate via cellular modem, much like we used to dial up. Our connection from the house to the ISP wasn't "on the internet" it was on the phone system. That can be hacked too. There's more to this, but none of it's proven yet. In other cases folks are lying and these things are connected to the net, and in other cases they don't need to be. I can change things with direct access. In fact manipulating files on the election equipment is as easily done as manipulating spreadsheet on your own computer.
Sorry these are so long, but it's a complicated subject.
